Booking & Deposits

• A DEPOSIT is not required when booking an appointment 

• PAYMENT method must be cash ONLY

• Please be sure to enter the CORRECT ADDRESS when booking               (Street Address , City , State , ZIP code) if you've booked a house call
• If you did not book a house call the address will be sent a day before you're appointment via text and email

Travel & Setup / HOUSE CALL APPOINTMENTS

• PLEASE NO THC SMOKING due to risk of 2nd hand exposure 

• If you own any PETS please have them put AWAY before my arrival

• Please ensure a clean, well-lit, and quiet space with a chair and accessible outlet for equipment

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-response or repeated reschedules may result in future booking restrictions.

NO response & late policy

     •RUNNING LATE/NO RESPONSE 

• If your running late / haven't responded to any calls or text you will be given a 10-minute grace period after 10-minutes you're appointment will be cancelled.

Client Readiness

 FOR BRAIDING / LOC SERVICES

• Hair must be clean, product-free, and detangled 

• If hair is not properly cleaned, product-free and detangled your appointment may be rescheduled.  

• LOCS must be thoroughly cleaned 
• I will NOT complete services on locs that has built up product in roots

Health & Safety

• If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule.
