IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE WARNER ROBINS , GA SURROUNDING AREA THERE WILL BE A TRAVEL FEE BASED UPON WHERE YOU'RE LOCATED. WHICH WILL NEED TO BE PAID VIA CASH APP BEFORE I TRAVEL TO YOU.

Booking & Deposits

  • A DEPOSIT is not required when booking an appointment 

  • PAYMENT method must be cash ONLY

  • Please be sure to enter the CORRECT ADDRESS when booking               (Street Address , City , State , ZIP code)

Travel & Setup

  • If you smoke inside your home that is fine.

  • If you own any PETS please have them put AWAY before my arrival

  • Please ensure a clean, well-lit, and quiet space with a chair and accessible outlet for equipment.

  • No delays or distractions during service please understand delays or distractions may cause your appointment to be cancelled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-response or repeated reschedules may result in future booking restrictions.

NO response & late policy

RUNNING LATE

  • A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 5 minutes, a late fee of $10 will apply.

  • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled                         NO RESPONSE

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 10 minutes of no response to calls and text messages your appointment will be cancelled and booking restrictions may apply to future bookings.

Client Readiness

 FOR BRAIDING SERVICES

  • Hair must be clean, product-free, and detangled 

  • If hair is not properly cleaned, product-free and detangled your appointment may be rescheduled.  FOR LOC SERVICES 

  • Hair must be thoroughly cleaned 
  • I will NOT complete services on locs that has built up product in roots
  • I UNDERSTAND it can be hard to clean your own locs so if you are one of those people I can clean your locs for you WITHIN YOUR HOME.
  • Please be aware A $5 FEE WILL BE ADDED ON, please UNDERSTAND since the wash will take place within your home, I will need access to a clean area that has access to water / an area your comfortable placing your hair during wash.
  • I WILL PROVIDE SHAMPOO IF WASH IS NEEDED, UNLESS YOU HAVE A PREFERRED SHAMPOO YOU'D LIKE ME TO USE.

  • If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule.

  • I reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, in this case you will no longer be able to book mobile services at that location again.
